What is DBT?

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a four part learning experience covering the topics of mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance skills. Anyone who is seeking help to manage emotional distress, relationship issues, impulsivity, coping, and related issues such as depression, anxiety, substance use or BPD will benefit from this group.
Mindfulness
Learn how to observe your thoughts, emotions,and environment without judgement.
Distress Tolerance
Learn how to cope with difficult situations.
Emotion Regulation
Learn to cope with difficult emotions.
Interpersonal Effectiveness
Learn how to set effective boundaries andmanage conflict.
